I tutored 3 children, two second graders and a seventh grader, in English grammar from January to May of 2012. All three of them improved dramatically from their pre-test to their post-test scores, and all of them and their parents asked me to tutor them again during the next semester, which I was not able to do because I got a full-time job. I would like to get back into tutoring as it gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction that my current position does not. I enjoy seeing the light of comprehension dawn in someone's eyes when they understand what I am teaching them.
